Link the first pic to the old racers thread on Octane and some of the lads will fill in the gaps but I'd say the red Midget is the one Steve Griffin has used ths year in Mondello, Liam Ruth's old car I think

The MG Midget one: The red car is either Laim Plower or more probably John Keaney who I think used race with Number 42 on the car
The gold Mini Special is " just Mick " O'Neil (?) . Ask Alan Coyl'e dad Joe, or Peter Lynch.
Both the Mini Specials : On the open road ! Those were the days, and no road closing orders ! Walls and trees and ditches to teach how wide the road really was.
Piers. How did you know this was where I was going for the grand finale on the 30th ?

Damien
I am suggesting :
There is something very Carnegie-esque about the guy in the middle
And ' Speedy' Ken Irwin on the left ?
That may make the third person Alan Murray.
And it's early '80's ( 1982 or 1983)
And memory suggests it may have been the TDC Howard Wilde out around Kilkee Castle in Castledermot
Felix or Frank Lenehan would be good people to ask.
The other old club photo's on site are from myself (the wife actually) for the colour ones, and Eamonn King for the older black and whites ( which are really atmospheric)
We had notes on the old website for these and maybe should talk to Piers about getting some notes attached to them

Speedy on the left, Dermot in the middle, don't know the third but not definitely not Alan
