SATURDAY/SUNDAY 9/10 MAY 2009
CHANGE OF VENUE
Unfortunately, we have been forced at short notice to change the location of this event.
Two days ago, the Avon Ri Hotel notified us that as they had recently received a booking from another organisation for a large number of rooms, for our weekend, they cannot now provide us with the accommodation agreed several months ago and confirmed.
More importantly, we cannot have the use of the car park space to run the event.
We have today (Friday) got permission for an alternative venue at Citywest Hotel, near Saggart, Co Dublin (just off the N7 Naas Road).
We will not have rates for hotel bookings until after the weekend, but if anyone was intending to book the Avon Ri in Blessington, DON’T – there is no point as the Autotest will not be held there.
Apologies for the inconvenience, but this was completely beyond our control.
