just looking there that 2 tests are close to Kilcullen, not sure if it will affect cars getting to the tests but the streets in Kilcullen are being closed from 12:30 tomorrow afternoon for a street festival

just found this about the festival in Kilcullen
Kilcullen River Festival 2010. Just a quick reminder to let everyone know that the Main Street in Kilcullen will be closed to traffic from 12pm to 6pm this Sunday for the festival. Car parking is available on the Athy side of the town in Nolans carpark, the Church carpark and the Mart carpark
looking at the map this is probably the most direct route between tests 10 and 11
I don't know what the condition of the road is like so if it's crap don't blame me
