NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 41st Annual General Meeting of the above Club will be held at the Abberley Court Hotel, Belgard Road, High Street, Tallaght, Dublin 24 on Tuesday 7 December 2010 at 8.00 pm.

The business of the meeting will be:

1. Minutes of the 40th Annual General Meeting
2. To receive and consider the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2009.
3. Election of President.
4. Election of Vice-Presidents.
5. Election of Directors.
6. To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
7. Discussion on Future Activities and General Business.

ALL NOMINATIONS OF OFFICERS must be in writing, signed by two members, and delivered to the Secretary before 8.00 pm on 7 December 2010.

Because of the current weather conditions and the forecast that they will worsen in the next few days, TDC’s Annual General Meeting and Beginners/Novice Championship Prizegiving and Quiz

WILL NOT NOW BE HELD ON THURSDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 2, as planned.

Instead, they will be held on the following Tuesday, December 7, at the Abberley Court Hotel, Tallaght. The meeting will start at 8.00 pm and the Agenda will be the same as that already circulated.
