1991 Mazda MX5 - Sold |
|
MK1 1.6 - Red
Just rolled to 100,000 miles
I've done a huge amount of work to this over the past 6 months (€2.5K+ spent on upgrades with receipts to prove) as follows:
Replacement Soft Top
Replacement Seats
Polybushed the rear end (£200 worth)
Replacement exhaust (cat back)
New Radiator
Replacement Front Bumper
Replacement Front Indicators
Replacement Rear Lights
MP3 Compatible Stereo fitted + new door speakers
New Thermostat + Housing
New Gear selction kit
MK2 MX5 Top Mounts and Coilover fitted front and rear.
1.8 LSD, Driveshafts and Prop fitted. 1.8 Hubs so bigger brakes can be fitted
Front Strut Brace
I have waxoyled the underside (Zero Rust as an Irish car - No salt damage!!)
New Stainless Door Mirrors fitted
Hydraulic Handbrake fiited (Original cable still on car - easy to reattach is req'd)
Stack of receipts for all the above work
The car is currently on very rare gold turbines and is NCT'd. As it's a 91 it's also on classic insurance. The paint is not fantastic as it has oxidised over the years but does polish up very well.
A spares package comes with the car including a spare front bumper, and front indicators, 2 front wings and the Original "Daisy" alloys.
All in all this car is perfect for daily usage and is ready to use to autotest/Multi Venue or Rally.
