Mick you can compete on 1 or Both Days.

Tests are simple and straight forward on a mixture of loose and Concrete - not hard on Tyres.

The Saturday Night party in Kelly's Bar, A Motorsport Pub, Borris in Ossory will be a cracker as always.

B & B Accomdation is available locally and if you give me a call on 086 8179297 I can organise it for you.

If you have a Camper Van we have safe parking available in Borris in Ossory.

Mick get that Peugeot ready.

Kingers

Only Sunday counts for the TDC Beginners.

Saturday evening is part of Birr's getting people involved : its along the lines of gain experience in a less competitive environment / social aspects. Great fun last year was reported from all involved

Brian

Slow cooking of the dinner required. It'll be near 6.00 by the time prizes are distributed : & 2 hours back up the road to home.

There are usually four test sites; mixed surfaces and 12 in total. The floorplan per site is larger than last week ; you might need to bring a photographer for one or two spots ! !

Hope this comes out : it's the location : off The Pike of Rushall outside Mountrath:

Many thanks for your entry to BADMC’S Autotest.

Motorsport Ireland Steward: Tim Faulkner

Please arrive as early as possible for sign-on.
Your compliance would be greatly appreciated.
Timetable: Saturday Sunday
Check In: 14.45 10.30am
Drivers Briefing: 15.45 11.15am
Tests Start: 16.00 11.30am
In order to speed sign on please ensure that you have the correct amount of money for your Entry Fee. Beginners/Novices €35 & others €50. All cheques/drafts/postal orders must be made payable to Birr and District Motor Club.

1 Event Licences cost €25 and must be pre booked with Eoin Longworth (086) 8179297. Limited numbers available. 1 Event Licence covers both days.
Numbers will be allocated at sign on.

Tests Starting Order
Test 1: 1-8 Test 2: 9-17 Test 3: 18-26 Test 4: 27+

The format for the event is as follows:
Saturday: 3 Tests completed 4 times.
Sunday: 4 Tests completed 3 Times
• Please go straight to your relevant starting test after drivers briefing. The Link between the tests will be arrowed. All Tests will be numbered.
• Please queue in running order to start with. Once underway, it’s up to you to keep moving. If there are long queues at a test try an alternative test it will be possible to utilise 2 Timecards.
• Please allow double drivers to skip the queue, within reason. If at all possible, try to facilitate them.
• All finish lines are stop astride. Front 2 wheels Stop.
• The non-competitive sections are to be driven at low speed, so no messing.
• Please ensure that you are familiar with your test before you start. Arrows have been put in place, but remember to circle a pylon and not drive past it, if this is the case. For all beginners, this is very important, make sure you’re comfortable with where you have to go before you start, don’t just assume it’ll be arrowed or you’ll figure it out when you get there.
• Lap belts to be worn at all times, marshals will be checking. Failure will incur a fail penalty for that test. Also, please keep your windows rolled up.
• All tests are visible at all times by the marshals; they can see you, even if you can’t see them. Obey any instructions or flags given by the marshals, they are there for your safety and also to catch you out if you hit pylons.
• Please hand in your completed time-cards as soon as possible. Results for this event can be timely if competitors fail to do this.
• Please help and keep the venue tidy by using the Bins provided.
Hot Food & Drinks will be available on both days at the venue by 5 Star Catering, well known Irish Motorsport Supporters.
If you need Accommodation contact the Accommodation Officer Eoin Longworth who will only be too glad to find you a bed. Sleeping partners are optional!!!!!

Drive carefully and enjoy the fun.
