**DATE CHANGE** 5th August 2020: TDC Production Car Trial

Regulations & Online Entry Form Now Available

As this is the first TDC event since COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, there are a number of changes that competitors are required to be aware of. Please read the Regulations, Entry Form and all other communications from the club carefully.

*Online entries will only be accepted for this event. No postal entries will be accepted.
*Only PayPal payments will be accepted for entry fees.
*Competitors experiencing COVID-19 symptoms must withdraw their entry.
*A list of COVID-19 symptoms can be found HERE
*Physical distancing must be maintained at all times.
*Double driving is permitted but no passengers are allowed on the sections.
*No spectators will be allowed at the venue.
*The usual barbecue kindly organised by Damien will unfortunately not be available.

Completed entry forms will be emailed to competitors on Monday 3rd August. Competitors are required to print and sign their own entry form and bring it to the event for contactless drop-off. There will be no pre-printed entry forms available on the day. No form - No start.

Competitors are required to read the COVID-19 measures outlined on the Online Entry Form. Further measures will be communicated in the Final Instructions which will be emailed to each competitor prior to the event.

Reminder: Motorsport Ireland is still running the early entry incentive draw where one competitor will win their entry fee back. All PAID entries received by Midnight on Wednesday the 29th of July will be entered into the draw.

**Event Date Change**

Due to the nature of the venue for this event, it has been decided to postpone for two weeks to give the landowner time to cut hay from the fields that will be used.

The new date will be Wednesday the 5th of August.

All submitted entries so far will be valid for the new date.

Just a gentle reminder that all entries must be paid in advance via PayPal.

Also, once you have clicked 'Submit' on the bottom of the Online Entry Form and you see the confirmation message, your entry has been received. Your entry form will be emailed to you at least 48 hours before the event for you to print and sign.

Just a couple of points to note with just over a week to go before this event;

*All entries must be made by Midday on Sunday the 2nd of August.

*All payments must be made in advance via PayPal. No cash will be accepted in advance or on the day.

*Double Drivers MUST fill in a separate entry form. It is not sufficient to just name the double driver on one entry form and expect an entry to be accepted for the second driver.

*All fully paid entries received by Midnight tomorrow (Wednesday) will be entered in to the Motorsport Ireland early incentive draw for one competitor to win their entry fee back.

*All competitors will receive an email at least 48 hours before the event with their entry form and any additional documentation that they must print, sign and bring with them to the event.
