Yes, It was a fun event depsite getting ourselves lost a number of times.. Reading the speed tables, map and instructions absorbed so much concentration that I found it easy to miss important turns etc.. I knew it would be difficult but this event really brought home just how much work the navigators have to do.. Many thanks to Ian, Frank and all the marshals who stood around in the freezing conditions...
I think we will have to cajole the team into holding another one of these events...

Absolutely no such suggestion intended. If we wanted to get bye it was up to us to try: horn lights & give it a lash. Not up to you to stop and wait if there are lights behind you : who knows but the car behind might not want to pass because it would put him ahead of schedule.
All of this has been a Night Nav issue for years and will always be.
Glad you enjoyed yourselves. Hows Anthony ? As Piers says : there's a lot to it

Any chance of organising another course first though for any newbies who might like to have a go?

Ah yeah only jokin Tim. Eoin needs abit more agression. We though you had gone wrong the time we were both looking for the code board.
Anthony done really well for his first time, its abit of a pain doing it with the standard odometer but the mini was out of action after mondello. Good practice for the retro though.
