NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 51st Annual General Meeting of the above Club will be held by ZOOM Meeting on Tuesday 18 January 2022 at 8.00 pm.

The business of the meeting will be:

1. Minutes of the 50th Annual General Meeting
2. To receive and consider the Directors' Report and Statement of Accounts for the
year ended 31 December 2019.
3. To authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.

ALL NOMINATIONS OF OFFICERS must be in writing, signed by two members, and delivered to the Secretary before 8.00 pm on 17 January 2022.
