Many thanks to Mark Doran and the team of marshals. timekeepers and helpers who put on a first class event yesterday. Was brilliant fun and dare I say, the best event in Mondello so far.

Congrats to Niall Murray on the win yesterday. Thoroughly deserved for a great drive. It's great to see a range of cars able to compete for the top spot.
As with each year, the Dave Griffin Memorial requires a concerted effort from a body of people to make happen. Philip O Reilly handling of the entries takes up a lot of free time for January, combined with Ian McCulloch, Martin Casey and Tim Faulkner organising Marshals and Equipment.
On the weekend, we had 20 club members show up late on Saturday, to make sure the tests could be laid with whatever daylight was left (not much). I'd like to extend thanks on behalf of the club. The results team have the most stressful job on the day, credit is due to having final results so promptly after last car, with thanks to Paul Phelan and the team.
We look forward to running again next year.

WOW ! That was something else. I concur with Piers that I thought the best ever. A synergetic consolidation resulting in an absolutely brilliant event. On behalf of TDC Trials Drivers Club committee I would like to express the following thanks :
Mark Doran as COC : knew what he wanted and arranged for it to happen ! The Boss ! Well done !
BILL GRIFFIN MOTORS; as sponsors. Not only for their financial generosity, but involvement of the extended Griffin family and company staff. Great to see the engagement : Thanks Dave !
Mondello, for both the level of support and a venue that is superb for our type of event : Thanks lads !
Marshalls : the over 40 of them. I was particularly pleased that 13 !!! out of the 6 mid-points worked out well !!! (no misprint here; 13 !). BIG THANKS FOLKS !.
The background crew : what you didn't see. Over 20 people at Saturday set-up, admin (there is a madman or two in there), results, clean-up. No names ; you know who you are : AGAIN, BIG THANKS FOLKS !.
The competitors. All 100+ of whom 90 got to run. Congratulations to the successful; the prize winners; we hope and trust you enjoyed yourselves ! Commiserations to the lurgy-ified or mechanically dis-abled : To all; roll on next year. & thanks for your support

Just to repeat comments others already posted .
Brilliant event yesterday as always . Great to be back out after nearly two years in my case .
Throughly enjoyed it , first event my daughter was able to take part in in passenger seat . She is only itching to get in the drivers seat . So credit to all the organisers , your great organisation of the event has instilled interest from a new young person .
The future of our sport 👏👏
