" High-Ass repair"
Eamonn and Christy never fully explained the circumstances. 
The photo was taken at the Ken Wharton Autotest in 1989

If I remember correctly the victim in the buggy with Peter was the long suffering owner of the hotel where the Ken Wharton was held.
I can't remember his name.... old age etc.,
