IMRC Retro 2009 - Round 3 of the Autostation Retro Challenge

Hello All Retro Fans,

Now that the summer sun is fading and the autumn leaves will be falling, its that time to head in to the Wicklow hills in search of secret ITC's and lonely Time Points.

Attached you will find the Regulations and the Entry Form for the 2009 IMRC:Irish Rally Retro, once again based in Sandyford, Dublin 18.

If you know of someone, that is not on this email list, please pass the email or the printed Regs and encourage them to travel to his event, Round 3 of the Autostation Retro Challenge.

I will provide a map book for the event, but this does not mean you should come without your OS maps, as my scans may not always provide the answers to the route.....you have been warned!!!

I will provide Speed Tables where required.

I realise that the credit crunch is affecting one and all, and timing for the payment of an entry fee is critical to all concerned. Please appreciate that in organising the event, we too incur costs and time. If everyone waits until the closing date to submit the entry, which is only a week before the event, it may place the event in jeopardy, as we will not know if it is viable to run or not.

If you wish, you may submit your entry, with an initial payment of €150, and ensure the balance ( € 230) is received by me on the closing date.

We look forward to seeing you all in Sandyford on Friday 18th September.

Saw an outline of the route, looks nice and compact and a few interesting locations on it, should be some nice spots for photos Very Happy

5 Special Tests
40 Miles of Navigation Trial.......mostly Plot & Bash - Code Boards - a few pre-plots.

This is all I know so far Philip... Saturday will be in Delganey, Kilcoole, Roundwood, Rathdrum, Aughrim, Hacketstown and Baltinglass. Sunday will see crews visit Sandyford, Brittas, Blessington, Ballymore Eustace.
