Click here to find out how you can autotest in true comfort.
Main features;
Full Climate Control to help you keep your cool under pressure and to stop the windows fogging up from the gasps from your navigator
Cruise Control to help you relax while careering across a large field at high speed
Bluetooth Phone Connection so that you don't miss any urgent calls during tests
MP3 Connection to help drown out the screams of protest from the tyres and engine
Fully disconnectable ESP and ABS by the simple removal of a fuse (also disables speedometer - probably no bad thing)

Good one.. Sometime on the way home from an event I really would like all those comforts.. I do have power steering, A/C and a CD Radio though including all the original soundproofing, carpet etc., so not so bad.. Cruise control would be a nice addition.. How much would that weigh?

In fairness Piers, you've good creature comforts in your car. ICE in Ranelagh retro fit cruise control which I'm told works very well. I'd say it weighs less than the chicken roll I ate for lunch yesterday.
BTW, speaking of weight, why do most of the autotesting MX5s run with their hardtops on? Is it to do with rigidity?

I think it's more to do with being easier to see out of when reversing, especially in the rain..
