Carlow Car Club are running a 2 Day Autotest on 24 + 25 November near Athy Co Kildare.
You may enter for both days or just either Saturday or Sunday.

Class E known as the Road Legal Tourist Class for road going cars ie multi-venue cars. The tests will be simple and straight forward

The Tests are all on private property so no NCT/Insurance needed. 1 day licences are available also.

Entries in from some of the Birr Crew in Class E on Sunday include Robert Lewis, Ronan Shanahan & Me.

Is there any more takers for Saturday or Sunday? Its very innovative of the Carlow Car Club to include this class, so all the more reason for us the competitors to support it.

I received no confirmation on my entry. But it is not that unusual.

Great event today. Dry and cool.. Many thanks to the Carlow Car Club for putting on a great show and a great job by the marshals who had to deal with two types of tests at each location. The new class (E) adds extra complexity for the club/marshals, but will hopefully add considerably to the entry in the future. A Great idea..

Another one tomorrow that will be well worth a visit...
