Congratulations to Eamonn and Anto on another win, I think Geoff and Pauls bad luck can be put down to not having matching tops on for the two days The McAllisters must be commended on a great drive in the big Volvo to 2nd overall
Well done to Frank Fennell and crew on organising yet another fabulous event, and to the marshals and time keepers thanks for keeping everything running to schedule and as was said at the prizegiving, thanks to God for supplying the marvelous weather

Wicked ! even.
On a quick view, like the one of Joe in the Bimmer

Well done to FF and ALL the organising team and ALL the marshalls. In all the rallies I have done since the inception of retro/classic events(nearly 20 years ago),I dont ever remember an event to run completely to schedule without any delay at all.
A tremendous achievement given there were over 70 different timing points on the entire event. AND it was a superb event too!!!!! :

Congrats FF, on a job well done ole boy. Tremendous fun. I would also like to thank all who helped out in my time of need. Namely Damien Philips and family for supplying me with lovely cakes and tea to calm the nerves. Staying with the Philips, Tony Philips (Twinny) for helping to get her back on the road. Staying with getting back on the road, to Ciaran Nutty and the recovery crew for helping out with reconstruction. Staying with recovery crew, to the landowner(Cant remember his name), for pulling me out of the ditch and allowing me to destroy one of his gate posts. A big thanks to all involved, without it, I obviously would not have been able to finish. It's something that's nice about this sport.
I hope to get her back in straight order as soon as financially possible, speaking of which, I am now taking all donations to aid this cause, please contact me via my email address to discuss matter further......:-p
Thanks again,
Mark Doran.

The said land owner was Dermot Carnegie's son inlaw. He works there.
