Thanks to Speedy for the image.
The Wexford Motor Club Autotest, Round 4 of The Beginners Championship and a round of the Munster Autotest Championship will now take place on Sunday 30th September, at Wallaces Yard, Wellingtonbridge, New Ross, Co. Wexford. Sorry for the delay but we only got confirmation to change the date today.
Regs will be out over the next couple of days. You can email the regs in or alternatively give me a call on 085 1477633. Registration on the day is also possible

Thanks to Speedy for the image.
The next round of the TDC Autotest Championship 2012 is due to be run by Wexford Motor Club ( Classic Car section, I understand ! Fair play ! ).
If I am counting correctly this will be Round 4 of the Championship.
Plans are afoot down in the sunny South East, and Regs are due in the next couple if days.
But watch this space ! The date is being reviewed ( hint : earlier )

28th Bank Holiday weekend
After that, it would'nt happen.

Proper dealing with business indicates that you go through the proper processes, and get the agreement of other parties, before presenting a fait accompli.
The change of date proposal is in the machinery, and is not, as yet, confirmed as acceptable.
If unacceptable I am unsure what will transpire but would suggest people work with a view to this taking place a week earlier.
The 7th causes rally-club issues in respect of the Cork 20, and such issues always need to be remembered. Payback marshalling duties, and competitor involvement.
The date does co-incide with the Circuit Retro but, with the honourable exception of Speedy, probably does not require anyone else to be in two places at the one time. i.e. I dont think there is actually a conflict of interest in this.
I trust this clarifies things and hope to see people on the day : Wellington Bridge I understand !

The Peak Performance Multivenue is also on that weekend and there are a few entries on it that may have gone to Wexford.

This promises to be a fun event. As usual we will be running an optional long test at the end.
