 3rd March 2013: Westmeath & District Motor Club Autotest |

The Westmeath club are running a non championship Autotest in Forest Park Industrial Estate on Sunday the 3rd of March. The format will be to run 5 tests 3 times and if there is time a combined double test to finish the day. The Regs are due to be approved early next week and I will post them then. Entry will be €50 for experienced/novice entries and €40 for Beginners. This proved to be a popular event and venue last year. The tests will again be of a fairly open nature (read fast!) and set out with road cars in mind. There is to be 5 test run 3 time and time permitting one final double test stage.
The burger van will be returning and he is bringing soup and hot drinks this time. So come along it should prove to be a fun days racing..

just looking at the diagrams briefly. Will the finish and start of test 1 and 2 ge t blocked up with cars as test 2 mightn't run as quick as test 1 because of cars trying to get from finish of 2 to start of 3? Hopefully not, tests look good.

Sadly I will not be driving on Sunday.
My car will be out with Father & Son pairing of Declan & Niall Donoghue driving it.
The over 35's Beginners Class will be interesting with the Golden Oldies like Joe Downey, Mick Boland, Peter Geraghty & new boy Declan Donoghue all having a go!!!!!!!
