Got a message from Eddie Fitzgerald that the event has been cancelled due to lack of entries. Pity, I and others were looking forward to it and had plans made.

I Was on to Eddie earlier to be told the bad news that it wont be going ahead. I think the lack of entries is probably due to the fact that there are a few events on over the weekend. Its a great shame, I was really looking forward to it.

I'm not surprised they got a lack of entries- their last multi venue event was a complete sham! I won't be doing an IMRC event any time soon

What was wrong with there last multivenue? I thought the punchestown ones were some of the best ever if not the best.

I would be the first to agree there were a couple of fantastic events in punches town last year which were run by Almc/imrc which I really enjoyed. The event on St Patricks Day which was run by imrc alone was a disaster! I arrived at the required time according to the regs and by 2.30pm I had completed only 2 tests having queued for most of the day waiting to start each test. Everyone who was there was giving out it was so slow.It was the worst organised event I ever took part in
