Post 12th Sept 2015: MVAT One off charity event!!! Reply with quote
Hi,

We have been offered a day of (very open) auto-testing in the old RUAS (Balmoral Showground Belfast) on 12 Sept. This is something not to be missed! Half of the site has already been sold, but the interesting part is still there for a while.
The event is co-promoted by the TSCC, MGCC, PPMC, UAC and QUBMC. The plan is for about 6 tests run a number of times.
Entry fee is £40.00 and each club has about 15 entries each. Entry forms will be available soon but it will fill very quickly so if you are interested please e-mail me on:

hungryauld@btinternet.com

I intend holding as many of my/QUBMC spaces as possible for the guys that come up and support the Summer Lanes.
regards
Clifford.

The Balmoral Charity Blast… in conjunction with TSCC,PPMC, MGCC, UAC & QUBMC

We will be running a single venue multi test autotest on the 12th of September…. The event will have 6 different tests and run three times… 18 tests..

We will be running the event in the Kings Hall grounds Balmoral Belfast excess will be through gate A on the Lisburn Road and it will be a charity event with the proceeds after expenses split between a local children's cancer charity and The Samaritans Belfast. We have set a target of £1,000 to this end we have set a price of £40 per entry. We are hoping to attract approx. 60 cars and have invited some key drivers from the south…. All tests will be as per usual open straightforward and mostly all forward…..

The gate will be open from 9am for scrutineering and sign on with driver briefing at 9.45 with a 10am sharp start…. All going well should be finished up around 4pm…. There will be a burger van and a coffee van on sight… As always we would like to appeal for help marshals etc…..

The event will be called the Balmoral Charity Blast.. as the site will be redeveloped in the very near future and this may be the last motor sport event in the Kings Hall… The event will be run as part of the TSCC championship and the TSCC classes will count (Under the TSCC MSA permit), however the event will be run between TSCC,PPMC, MGCC, UAC & QUBMC and as such we would like to have the event known as the Balmoral Charity blast in conjunction with TSCC,PPMC,MGCC, UAC and The QUBMC and we have reps of all clubs involved responsible of different duties before and on the day.

Probably those requirements are there as a results of using the standard entry/regulation templates. But as it's not on the public roads, it won't apply.
