This premier event will take place on Sunday 19th Jan 2019 at the Mondello Park Circuit, Kildare.

Please arrive as early as possible for sign-on. Your compliance would be greatly appreciated. No sign-on after drivers briefing at 09:15. Sign-on opens at 07:30. You are allowed to drive the tests slowly and late sign-on may reduce the time you have for this.

Please note that that as per autotest regulations a roll hoop needs to be fitted if you intend to drive a convertible without a hardtop

Important note: Running order is not a seeded entry list. Experience and double drivers will be dispersed throughout the field to speed things along. Please don't arrive to sign-on without knowing your assigned number as this will slow the process.

LICENCES: All drivers must hold a valid 2020 competition licence, which must be available for inspection at check-in. Double driving will be allowed but must be shown on the entry form to assist in deciding running order.
ONE EVENT LICENCES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE START FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT HOLDERS OF A FULL ANNUAL COMPETITION LICENCE

For those from the UK competing in this event, there is now a free MSA Clubman licence available that will cover you for our events. MSA Clubman Licence

ENTRY FEE: €110 for all competitors. This entry fee INCLUDES a €10 refundable deposit for magnetic competition numbers which will be refunded in cash upon safe return of the numbers at the finish. These fees include €5 personal accident insurance premium. (€2 reduction for drivers aged 16 or 17 as insurance premium is €3).
Payments may be made via Paypal at payments@tdcireland.com

Regulations and Entry Forms now available below.

Please submit entries as early as possible to secure your place for this fantastic event, we expect this event to have a large entry and we may impose a limit on competitor numbers closer to the entry deadline.

Entries will close on Wednesday the 15th of January in order to allow the club time to group and seed competitors and to prepare documentation for sign on. Your cooperation with this is greatly appreciated and will ensure the efficiency of sign on prior to the event.

As per Stephen's post above, all fully paid entries received by midnight on Sunday the 12th of January will be entered into the Motorsport Ireland draw to win your entry fee back. There will be no exceptions to this cut off point.

So far there's a fantastic early entry list for this event, if you haven't already submitted yours please don't hesitate, it's sure to be one of the best clubman motorsport events of the 2020 calendar throughout the island!

Don't forget the deadline for entry into the Motorsport Ireland draw to win your entry fee back is midnight on Sunday the 12th of January. This is a super incentive and one that should be supported. It also ensures a speedy sign on process on the morning of the event giving you as much time as possible to learn the tests and get settled before the off.

Don't forget, the payment deadline to be in the draw to win your entry fee back is midnight on Sunday. Competitors who pay entry fees after this deadline will not be entered into the draw.

For anyone who intends to put in an entry please do so ASAP as we will have to start a reserve list somewhere around 80-85 entries in order to cope with the running of the event on the day. With the current list having just creeped over the 70 mark, we expect this event to be fully subscribed.

As of Sunday 12th January at 23:00 a full entry of 90 competitors has been taken. Further entries received will be placed on a reserve list and will start the event at the discretion of the club.

Thank you to all competitors who submitted paid entries early. This will greatly help with a smooth sign on process on the morning of the event.

Hi Mick,

Tyres are as per previous Mondello events i.e. no "knobbly" tyres.

Thanks,

Mark
