28th Aug 2022: TDC Avoca River Park Trial

START: Avoca River Park, Arklow, Co Wicklow, Google Co-ordinates 52.814004 -6.178966, Eircode Y14 T294, (by kind permission of Edmund Holfeld) Start will be at 9.30 am SHARP. Check-in from 8.00 am, drivers’ briefing at 9.15 am.

FORMAT: The event will consist of a number of driving tests. They will involve a small amount of reversing. Tests can be driven SLOWLY after you have signed on and before Drivers’ Briefing - No high speed manoeuvres allowed under penalty of exclusion. Navigators are not required but passengers (minimum age 16 years) may be carried at the driver’s option.

LICENCES: All drivers must hold a valid 2022 competition licence or a one-day licence, which must be available for inspection at check-in. Double driving will be allowed, but must be shown on the entry form to assist in deciding running order. One Day Licences are available, once requested in advance, at a cost of €25.

TDC Avoca River Park August 2022 Tests

Test E is changed. You only go off to the left once

So straight from pylon 2; keep left of the pylon in fron of the trailer (do not loop it) ; and on to in front of the factory where you go around a pylon the 'wrong way'.

Necessary for event schedule reasons.
